What the service does

The site offers a free tool that creates name suggestions. I can change, pause, or end any part of it at any time, with or without notice.

Using the generator and its names

You may use the generator for personal or professional ideas, and you may use the names it gives you. I claim no ownership of a single generated name. I cannot promise that a name is unique, free to use, or clear of someone else's rights. The disclaimer explains why.

Acceptable use

Please do not do any of the following.

• Break the law or someone else's rights.
• Use the site or its names to harass, threaten, or deceive people.
• Disrupt, overload, or try to break into the site or its systems.
• Copy the site or its word lists in bulk with automated tools.
• Pretend to be another person or group.

My content

The design, code, text, and word lists on this site are protected by copyright and related laws. You may view them for personal use. You may not copy, republish, or sell them without my written permission. A short quote with a link back to the page is welcome.

Feedback and word suggestions

If you send ideas or word suggestions, you agree that I may use them to improve the site. I will not pay or credit you unless we agree otherwise in writing.

No warranties

The site comes as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, I make no promise that it will run without interruption or errors, or that it will suit a particular purpose.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of the place where the site owner is based, without regard to conflict of law rules. Consumer protection laws where you live still apply to you.
